After my summer internship I was extended as the primary on-site field resource for a client engagement, leading day-to-day project operations and picking up Client Service Desk work. I've now moved to a new Service Engagement Team supporting a specialized, compliance-driven client base. I return as an Associate after graduation.

  1. Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA / Duo, user provisioning

    Provisioning, permissions, and MFA enrollment for 50+ client organizations at RSM.

  2. Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Windows imaging, macOS, custom PC builds

    Imaged and deployed 455 endpoints on-site for one client. Recovered a failed QNAP NAS with a client's MSP.

  3. Tenant administration, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

    Tier 1 and 2 tenant support for enterprise clients and M365 rollouts for small businesses.

  4. PowerShell, TCP/IP, DNS, SPF & DMARC, Linux CLI

    Write the PowerShell install scripts for RSM deployments. Built DNS, WHOIS, SPF, and DMARC checks into Constryke.

  5. Incident management, root-cause analysis, ConnectWise PSA, Syncro MSP, Barracuda RMM

    Stood up Syncro and ConnectWise at The Supreme Tech and cut resolution time by about 40%.

  6. Gemini API, local Llama 3.1, tool calling, Claude & Copilot enablement

    Ran Llama 3.1 8B on a Raspberry Pi 5 with no cloud round trip. Support Claude and Copilot onboarding for clients.

  7. Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, React Native, Java, C++

    Shipped a FastAPI + Next.js Chrome extension in 36 hours at IrvineHacks 2026.

  8. SQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase, MySQL, pandas, Plotly

    Wrote a pandas cleaner that splits multi-item eBay sales into accurate per-item numbers.

  9. Client communication, scoping, documentation, UI/UX, pitching

    Fifteen years on camera made this the easy part. I own client comms at RSM and run investor outreach for SIBYL.

Paste an email, upload a PDF, or connect Gmail, and Constryke checks the routing number, lookalike domains, DNS and WHOIS age, SPF and DMARC, Safe Browsing, and pressure language, then returns a risk score with plain-English reasons.
